Acceptance of terms

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by PrintStuffNZ " PolyTeesClothing", "we, "us" to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.polyteesclothing.co.nz ("Polyteesclothing"). They are effective from 01.02.2020 and will replace all earlier PrintStuffNZ terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.

Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

All payments are processed via PayPal's or Stripe secure payments system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.

Shipping and Delivery
PolyTeesClothing shipping policy is to get your fresh gears out to you ASAP! Once payment is cleared we will generally ship your items within 1-4 business days. For your peace of mind all parcels are Track and Trace. Once your item hase been dispatched we will send a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

We currently only ship within Aotearoa NZ and to Australia at this time. For shipping within USA, UK Europe & other, please email polyteesclothing@printstuffnz.co.nz with your address and we will be happy to give you a courier shipping quote.

Shipping Within Aotearoa New Zealand
All delivery within Aotearoa NZ is Track and Trace, we will send you a confirmation email once items have been dispatched along with the Track and Trace number.

Please allow 1-4 business days to ship your order. Standard time in transit for Aotearoa NZ is 1-3 working days. Flat rate shipping cost of $9.95NZD for first item and $1.95NZD per any extra item.

Shipping within Australia
All delivery to Australia is Track and Trace, we will send you a confirmation email once items have been dispatched along with the Track and Trace number.

Please allow 1-4 business days to ship your order. Standard time in transit for Australia is 2-4 working days. Flat rate shipping cost of $30.95NZD for first item and $2.95NZD per any extra item.

If you want to bulk order 10+ items feel free to contact us on polyteesclothing@printstuffnz.co.nz and we can work something out with you.

Naturally there at times may be delays with the postal service that are out of our control.

Returns and Exchanges
PolyTeesClothing like to keep things real and fair for us all. Please read through our returns and refunds policy before making your purchase.

Please select your size accurately, each T-shirt has a sizing chart to refer to. If you are unhappy with the size, we are happy to exchange item for another size but only if item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, all tags are fixed, original packaging attached, and you must email us first within 5 working days of receiving item at Polyteesclothing@printstuffnz.co.nz to make arrangements. All cost of returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense.

We are not liable for loss of packages and damaged goods that are being returned to us.

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Faulty Orders and Items
PolyTeesClothing have a strict quality assurance policy in place. We always strive to send you out the right order. But in the unlikely event of a fault or error on our part, we will happily work with you to make amends, that may be way of a full refund, exchange or store credit. If there is any fault you must notify us first at polyteesclothing@printstuffnz.co.nz within 5 working days of receiving order.

Privacy Policy and Confidentiality
Unless you opt to receive messages from us we will not contact you again in future. If you have opted to receive ongoing communications and at a later date you no longer wish to receive these communications you will be able to opt out of receiving this information by contacting us by email or by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of emails sent to you.

Opting out of receiving the above mentioned messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your order(s).

We may use personal information that we collect about you to provide products and services to you and to administer orders and payments relating to your purchases from us.

General Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by notice, which may be in the form of a notice posted on our website at www.polyteesclothing.co.nz

If we fail to enforce any terms or to exercise our rights under these terms and conditions at any time, we have not waived those rights.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and the parties shall adjust their respective rights and obligations in accordance with the spirit and intent of the parties as shown by these terms and conditions.

Unless any provision in this agreement expressly provides otherwise, these terms and conditions are not intended to confer a benefit on any person or class of person who is not a party to it.

We may deliver notices to you by sending them to an email address that you have provided to us.
