Shipping and Returns
3-7 DAY DISPATCH
Once the order has been received we ask to allow 1 business day to process payment then another 3-7 business days to complete your order and ship it out. Once dispatched we will email you the shipping details along with tracking number. If you cant find the email with shipping details please check your spam folder.
SAFE AS SHIPPING
We use reliable company Post Haste Couriers for shipping within NZ , for extra security we use sign on delivery and track & trace shipping to ensure every order gets to our customers safe and sound. Sign on delivery not available for rural address's.
For Australian orders we use NZ Couriers, again for extra security shipping is sign on delivery and track & trace for peace of mind.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Shipping within NZ
Once dispatched standard 1-2 business days. Flat rate shipping cost of $11.95NZD for first item + $1.95NZD
Rural Address's $15.50 + $1.95NZD per any extra item.
Shipping to Australia:
Once order is completed and shipped, standard time in transit for Australia is 3-10 business days. Flat rate shipping cost of $33.50NZD for first item and $2.50NZD per any extra item.
Please note: During Christmas and new years, shipping times may vary during this busy time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you reside outside New Zealand and Australia and would like to place an order feel free to contact us via email at polyteesclothing@printstuffnz.co.nz, we will then arrange a shipping quote for your order.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash cold with like colours.
Do not bleach.
Do not dry clean.
Do not iron if printed.
Line dry in shade.
DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER
RETURNS, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
PolyTeesClothing have a strict quality assurance policy in place.
In the unlikely event of a fault or error on our part, we will happily work with you to make amends, that may be way of a full refund, exchange or store credit. If there is any fault you must notify us first at polyteesclothing@printstuffnz.co.nz within 5 working days of receiving order.
Return shipping is at expense and risk of customer
Contact us before returning and provide us the tracking number
Returned items must be unworn, new and in original packaging
EXCLUSIONS
As we print to order we can not accept returns or provide refunds for products that were purchased in the wrong size so please use the sizing charts, rest assured though that all our apparel is "True to Kiwi size" (not the cheap small Asian sizes), so if you know what size you are then you'll be sweet as!
We agree to the consumer laws in New Zealand including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
